Under our house’s arbor the shade is

وحصيرة قصب، زكِر من امي
وورود عم تحكي مع فراشات
بالسر، تيعرفو شو اسمي

عالحصيرة القمر شلح حالو
ووعيت الدني نفناف تشي
وقبل ما النجمات ينزلو قبالو
صارو شرشف بأيدين أختي

شو بهديكِ يا امنا نهار العيد
ازرعلك بهالأرض شي جنة
الصوت مبحوح محرم التغريد
